2000 Webby Awards DNA from the Beginning and the DNA Learning Center's home page Gene Almanac were nominated for 2000 Webby Awards in Education and Science. As nominees, the sites were eligible for two awards, The Webby Award and The People's Voice Award. The Webby Awards are chosen by The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, while The People's Voice Awards are chosen by the online public.Winners were revealed at San Francisco's Masonic Auditorium on May, 11 2000. Although we didn't win any Webbys, we had a great time!
